We are pleased to announce that PREMIER Biosoft is participating in the 14th Annual Conference of the Metabolomics Society, Washington State Convention Center, from June 24-28, 2018 in Seattle, Washington.
We are showcasing SimLipid® – our high throughput lipid characterization and quantitation software, and SimMet® – A high throughput metabolite analysis software.
We are presenting three posters:
1. Quantitative Glycolipid Tissue and Plasma Analysis by Broadband and Scanning Quadrupole Data Independent LC-MS Analysis.
2. Automated Identification of glycerolipid, diacyl-, monacyl- glycerophospholipids with detailed analyses of the fatty acyl composition using tandem mass spectrometry.
3. Applying Trapped Ion Mobility separation (TIMS) in combination with Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) for analysis of lipidomics samples.
