Hear Our Talk @SFG 2017 Annual Meeting Portland, Oregon

We are pleased to announce that PREMIER Biosoft is participating in the SFG 2017 Annual Meeting at Portland Oregon, USA from November 5-8, 2017.
We will be showcasing SimGlycan® software– our high throughput glycan and glycopeptide identification software which uses mass spectrometry data. We have recently released SimGlycan v. 5.80, which now offers improved and more accurate assignment of precursor m/z values of MS/MS scans by identifying isotope clusters from MS1 data.
Our Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Sanjib N. Meitei, will be delivering a talk titled, "SimGlycan: Bioinformatics Solution for Automated Identification and Subsequent Relative Quantitation of Glycans Using Stable Isotope Labels by MS" at the annual meeting of Society for Glycobiology. The talk is scheduled on Sunday, November 5th from 02:15 – 02:30PM, to be held at Broadway 1/2.
The talk is followed by a Hands-on Demo Session on Sunday, November 5th from 03:35 – 05:00 PM. In this session, we will demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative glycomics data analysis workflows using SimGlycan software for different instruments and analyzer types.
We are also presenting a poster titled "Automated Identification and Subsequent Relative Quantitation of Glycans Using Stable Isotope Labels by MS with SimGlycan software". The poster will be presented on Tuesday, November 7th, between 1:30pm and 4:00pm.
