Attend Our Talk @SFG 2018 Annual Meeting, New Orleans, Louisiana

We are pleased to announce that PREMIER Biosoft is participating at the SFG 2018 Annual Meeting at New Orleans Louisiana, USA from November 5-8, 2018.

We are showcasing SimGlycan^® software– A high throughput software solutiuon for mass spectrometry based glycan and glycopeptide analyses. The latest version of the software includes a new improved peak picking algorithm, identification of isotope clusters and a faster database search.

Our Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Sanjib N. Meitei, is delivering a talk titled, "SimGlycan: Speeding up LCMS data processing - molecular feature finding, precursor peak picking, and MS/MS spectra annotation - of multiplexed glycomics experiments using Orbitrap based mass spectrometers" at the Glyco-Bioinformatics satellite session of the annual meeting. The talk is scheduled on Monday, November 5th from 10:50 – 11:05 AM, to be held at the Jackson room.

The talk is followed by a Hands-on Demo Session on Monday, November 5th from 02:30 – 04:00 PM. In this session, we will demonstrate the qualitative and quantitative glycomics data analysis workflows using SimGlycan software for different mass spec instruments and analyzer types.

We are also presenting a poster titled "SimGlycan: Facilitating automated evaluation of glycoengineered therapeutic glycoproteins using MS methods". The poster will be presented on Wednesday, November 7th, between 1:30pm and 4:00pm.
