PREMIER Biosoft is back from the Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis-India (APA) 2019 Conference organized by the Boston Society at the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa, India from February 24-26, 2019. We showcased SimGlycan® software – one stop software solution for high throughput qualitative, and quantitative analysis of glycans in complex biological samples using mass spectrometry data.
We presented a poster titled "Automated Evaluation of Glycosylation Profile of Glycoengineered Monoclonal antibodies using LC-MS Methods with SimGlycan". Several delegates comprising of eminent scientists and industrialists working in the field of bio-pharma attended the presentation. Our objective was to study the impact of glycoengineering on the post-translational modification of mAbs. We showcased how SimGlycan can automate the glycan identification process, thereby facilitating comparative analysis between the samples for evaluating glycoengineered monoclonal antibodies.
