PREMIER Biosoft is back from the Society for Glycobiology 2017 Annual Meeting held at Portland Oregon, USA. We showcased SimGlycan® software– our high throughput glycan and glycopeptide identification software which uses mass spectrometry data. A live demo of SimGlycan software was organized demonstrating the qualitative and quantitative glycomic data analysis workflows.
Our CSO Dr. Sanjib N. Meitei delivered a talk on "SimGlycan: Bioinformatics Solution for Automated Identification and Subsequent Relative Quantitation of Glycans Using Stable Isotope Labels by MS". Several research laboratories looking for a software solution to analyze their complex glycomics mass spectrometry data attended it.
We also presented a poster titled "Automated Identification and Subsequent Relative Quantitation of Glycans Using Stable Isotope Labels by MS with SimGlycan software". It was very well received.
