Back from SFG 2018!

PREMIER Biosoft is back from the Society for Glycobiology 2018 Annual Meeting held in New Orleans, Lousiana, USA. We showcased SimGlycan® software– our high throughput glycan and glycopeptide identification software which uses mass spectrometry data.
Our CSO Dr. Sanjib N. Meitei delivered a talk entitled "SimGlycan: Speeding up LC-MS data processing - molecular feature finding, precursor peak picking, and MS/MS spectra annotation - of multiplexed glycomics experiments using Orbitrap-based mass spectrometers." Just after the talk, we conducted a live demo of the SimGlycan software, where we demonstrated the qualitative and quantitative glycomic data analysis workflows available in this software. Several research laboratories looking for a software solution to analyze their complex glycomics mass spectrometry data attended it.
We also presented a poster titled "SimGlycan: Facilitating an automated evaluation of glycoengineered therapeutic glycoproteins using MS methods." It was very well received.
