The workflow detailed in this application note employs UPLC®/ion mobility/time-of-flight (TOF) MSE (HDMSE) in combination with SimLipid Software for the high throughput and automated identification of lipids in complex biological matrices.
In this application note we introduce a combination of novel analytical (UPLC/HDMSE) and informatic (SimLipid) tools for higher throughput and automated identification of lipid species from biological tissues.
